Our Services

Widebay Imports provides a complete product sourcing service for business throughout Australia. We source products that your business needs from China, Vietnam and Indonesia. We have a number of well-placed contacts in those countries and we make regular trips to those countries throughout the year.

Widebay Imports takes the hassle out of importing goods. We save you time which means that you have more time to spend on building your business. Widebay Imports sources the products for you and provides you with a hassle free service that saves you time and money.

We provide a service that can give you a complete program from the initial sourcing of products and contract negotiations through to ordering of products, organsing the payments and the paperwork involved in importing your purchases. We also deal with all customs matters before delivery takes place. We can even organise transport of your products from our warehouse to your premises.


We have a permanent warehouse in Indonesia and China with six full-time staff on hand to help make the transition to Australia as smooth as possible.

Our combined Australian and Chinese expertise delivers effective import strategies for your business and helps ensure that you are in compliance with Australian health, safety and enviromental requirements for all products.

Our Fees

$550 (GST included) for initial product or manufacture sourcing. This fee is fully credited towards your initial order and the contract agreement that is made between Widebay Imports and your business. (This fee is refunded on your final invoice).

Fees Per Order

There is a 15% product and freight fee depending on the time of year.

Minimum orders for full containers of $20,000 and upwards plus freight

Small orders - minimum of $5,000 per order plus frieght.
